Hello friends,

I am finally ready to get my first rental property and I am considering buying in Connecticut . I’ve been told CT is not ideal to invest because it’s not a landlord friendly state.

So I’d like to hear from people that have invested in CT, where? And what has been your experience ?

Also, taking suggestions on good places to start and get my first rental. I live in NY and My budget for my first rental is 150k.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Jose. I’m a NY investor who invests in CT. I own properties in torrington, Bristol, new Britain, and Manchester. Great market for multi and much better then NY. Reach out if you have any specific questions.

Best of luck!!!
