Current Texas teacher looking to break into the property business

Posted

Hey guys! I'm currently a teacher from Texas looking to buy a rental property and try to make enough money on the side to eventually buy more property to rent out, what would be the best way to get started on this? I've checked listings in my local area, what exactly should i be looking for in terms of pricing? Currently married, living with in-laws for time being so we would like to use from of our income money to get started. I'm not sure if I've left anything out, but thank you in advance!
