Hi everyone -

First post on Bigger Pockets! Really excited to connect with everyone. I recently started my own syndication and have a small tight team that helps me with my underwriting, remodels, and asset management. My team and I focus on value-add and core+ projects in emerging markets (Class B/C / 5M-50M/ 20+ units). Over the last 6 months, I started networking with many brokers, syndicators and investors and trying to figure out the best way to add value so I can get my foot in the door.  I know everyone says to get it under contract but I don't have the capital or enough experience to do it alone. What is the best course of action moving forward? Should I get the other syndicators to sign an NDA before sending financials? What would you all advise? What is the best way to protect myself?

I really appreciate everyone's time! Look forward to hearing your thoughts.

Best,

Gil
