Strategies to sell payed off rental property and reinvest?

Hi all,

I am just beginning to learn about real estate investing.  I have a rental a single rental property worth ~460K that rents for 2k a month, no mortgage, low taxes, low insurance.   I was curious to hear opinions on whether it is worth selling this property and using the funds to purchase additional properties.  This is probably fairly vague, but would like to get a sense on different strategies... Thanks for helping!
