DFW, TX (Sherman, Denison, Greenville)

Hello,

I am a first time investor looking in the larger DFW metroplex area with a purchase price point of $150-200K for SFH. The investment company I have been in contact with is suggesting suburbs really far out of the city- Sherman, Denison, and Greenville. They say they are "up and coming". I am slightly concerned about the long distance from the main city and if these suburbs will really grow in appreciation like closer suburbs are expected to.

I am looking for any insight into these areas from people who are familiar with the DFW area and market.

Thanks!
