Investing in small towns
I live in a small town in upstate NY and I want to get started in rental properties, but I don’t know if it is a good idea or not. The place I live is three or four small towns (about 20K in each town) near a medium size city. My wife is looking to ease her way out of the the usual 9-5 and we are looking for rental properties to replace her income. Anyways let me know what y’all think.
