Hi BP!  I'm looking to buy an investment property-multifamily in the Phoenix/Mesa AZ area.  Interested in a value add property for cash flow and appreciation.  I'm new to long distance investing, so appreciate any recommendations, referrals, and any helpful information on the market!  Would love to network and start building connections with experts in the area!
