Activities to do while "taking a break"?

I have been working 7 days a week for many months and need some time "off". I have a regular M-F full time job and have been working on real estate activities nights and on weekends. In 2012 I bought 4 properties, all single-family homes. 3 are rentals and 1 will be for sale which will be ready for market by the end of March or sooner. I'm also selling off 1 rental property (closing tomorrow).

Other than working with contractors, I have been doing all of this on my own and while 4 properties in one year doesn't sound like much, for someone holding a full time job, plus managing 4 other rental units and a note (and doing all the bookkeeping for everything), it's proven too much for me at one time.

So, I've decided for my mental health I need to "take a break" and have some weekends off. During this time, I don't want to be out of the loop too much, so I plan on doing the following:

1. Studying active listings of properties for sale to keep a pulse on the market
2. Continuing to read the forum, blog posts and podcasts at Bigger Pockets
3. Reading all I can about buying "subject to" (as that is my next interest area, whether I get into it or not depends on what I research)
4. Attempting to develop a good "yellow letter" (also may or may not use it but I'd like to at least try this out)
5. Reading through the forums to find the top 3 books I should read
6. Attend REIA meetings to network

Anything else I should be doing so I don't fall too far behind? Keep in mind I still will be managing 6 rental properties so I can't take on too much at once.
