I'm very familiar with the Santa Barbara market AND THERE IS MONEY TO BE HAD HERE! Looking to partner with someone to become a big player in the market. I frequent the county auctions and have multiple real estate licensees who are more than willings to work with me. There is a market for flipping (rehab and non rehab) and the condo market is great. Who ready? I've done my time and the only thing left is action. Who wants to take action? I'm ready..... Are you?
