Hey BP,

I'm originally from Greenwood, IN just south of Indianapolis currently living in Los Angeles. I'm looking to start my portfolio and have been researching a lot into the Indianapolis area. Looking to connect with other like-minded professionals and get any advice/feedback or hear about where you all are investing.

So far, I have been looking into Irvington around the Emerson Heights & Little Flower areas as rentals but curious what others have seen be successful. I know Fountain Square/Bates Hendricks has gotten kind of pricey the last 5yrs or so.
