Cincinnati neighborhoods mapping help

Hello everybody, 

My name is Shay Levy, and i'm a new investor looking for buy and hold single family deals at the Cincinnati area. I've been doing some research trying to map the neighborhoods fiting my criteria. 

Would be great to get really any info from investors/agents already working at these neighborhoods- Walnut Hills/Clifton/College hill/West price hill about upcoming makeovers there, streets and areas getting trendier, and where new businesses are open?
