Applying for a loan as a secondary borrower

Hello BP,

A family member would like to buy a primary residence and asked if I can apply for income purposes along with equal FICO scores. However, I have a mortgage already under my name along with credit card and car note each month. Would it make sense for me to be on the loan if the other person has good enough income to qualify?
