Looking for Questions to ask a Local Realtor.
Hello,
Over the past month I've been doing a lot of reading/researching regarding the business aspect of Real Estate and I began talking with a local Realtor I've been doing work for about it. He asked if I wanted to do lunch tomorrow. I hastily agreed because I didn't want to miss this opportunity, however, I'm not sure I even know the proper questions to be asking. While I do have a short list prepared, I'm hoping those with experience can offer some other questions to pose?
Thanks for any and all input, guys!

@Cody Smith I would ask what percentage of the realtor's business is with investors versus with traditional clients. Ask if the realtor has any investing experience and if so, what type. You want someone who has been an investor before in the same asset class you are looking to invest in so you know that they "get it". Also, if they have a team or any coverage for the times when they are out of town. As a busy agent, this was one of the major hurdles I had to overcome as real estate is a 24/7/365 sport, and sometimes I need help for those times when I am not available! This is where working with a team can be very valuable as you always have someone available to do showings, write offers, etc.
Your team in real estate is incredibly important, and the realtor will most likely help guide you to the rest of the team. Also ask who their preferred lender, attorney, inspector and title company would be.
