I am currently looking into buying my first multi-family home, which I plan to be a house hack. I am in the process of looking for a real estate agent. I have learned through BiggerPockets that real estate agents should speak the language and hopefully have real estate investments of their own. I am looking for some insight on how you evaluate real estate agents during your "interview" with them. What are some questions you find helpful to ask?
