    @Jovan Pipkin

    You don't fail; you learn from it, don't make the same mistakes twice (once is learning, twice is stupidity), and get back in the game.  The people who fail are the ones that got knocked down and they didn't get back up.

    May you be tougher than the world around you...

    I wouldnt necessarily say I've had any failures in real estate yet. I've had setbacks, learning curves and little issues but nothing that couldn't be overcome with perseverance and being willing to learn more.

    I'd say my biggest roadblock thus far in my little rei experience is finding good deals and wanting to rush things. For me slow gradual growth has been working out much better than trying to make money overnight so far.

    I really like the setback approach, @George W. No doubt, we learn from those little hiccups along the way, and grow tons for the next round.

    @George W.

    Thanks for the input !

    I must say myself I am truly eager and want to rush in also. However, slow and steady does win the race .

    Hope you enjoy the rest of your evening!
