Non-Recourse Loan Options

I am starting an LLC with business partners in which we are going to be purchasing single family housing (less than $75k) in Cleveland, Ohio and surrounding suburbs with the intent to rent them to local counties. Houses would not be purchased until we had a signed rental agreement. My partners and I are open to various options, but one thing we do not want to do is have a personal guarantee for the investment(s). From what I have read this would lead me down the path of a non-recourse loan but I have not found any lenders yet.
