Anyone who is wholesaling in central Or southern NJ, what closing title company are you using. Also im having some trouble understanding how certain parts of the escrow work. How does the buyer know its been deposited? should the title company already be mentioned in the contract, idk if there is anyone willing to jump on a call with me explain a few things. The thing holing me back is just uncertainty. I dont want to start marketing and have contracts not correct!
