Hello all! I have recently come into a sum of money and now find myself in a position to put a down payment on a property. I have always wanted to rent out houses, but I am not sure where to start. In addition to Bigger Pockets, are there any books or material that really helped you understand everything you need to know to confidently buy a house? Also, if you have any tips that you wish you knew when you started, let me know!
