Burlington County, NJ Price per Bedroom

Hi all!

I'm looking to purchase a duplex in Burlington County, NJ where I would "house hack" and rent out the other unit. I'm trying to figure out what I could reasonably rent a 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom unit or a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit. I was using Rentjungle.com for comps, but wasn't sure what the approximate "price per bedroom" would be? 

Towns I'm looking at are Beverly, Riverside, Delran, just to name a few.
