Leveraging Property... Need advice
I brought a Condo in Coral Gables on an auction. I am trying to figure out a way to leverage it in order to get a line of credit. The title is currently held by my corporation. SHould I change the title to be in my individual name or is there another way? New to real estate investing, I have so much to learn.
Thanks,
Nikki B.
