New investor looking in Huntsville Alabama.

Hello everyone, I am a new investor and am looking at Huntsville Alabama. I am hoping to find property around $50,000 to renovate and rent out.  I have watched the success of others I know, and have now put myself in a position to get in.  Do you have any advice for me?
