New to house hacking

Hey guys! Just heard about this app and I'm excited to kick off my first real estate venture taking in as much as possible from all of you.

About a month away from the target settlement day for my first place in Philly. I'm going to be house hacking with good friends of mine that I've known and lived with for years. Any personal experiences and/or tips with house hacking would be great!

@Patrick Visgil I’ve been house hacking for several years and have rented to friends multiple times. Make sure you set the same standards/expectations that you would with anyone else so they know that they can’t take advantage of you! I had no issue renting to friends but know others who have because they didn’t make their expectations clear, don’t make that mistake.
