How to start investing in real estate
Hello! My name is Liam. I am an 18 year old college student currently going into my sophomore year. By the end of this summer I will have amassed about 10k. I am very eager to start building my real estate portfolio, yet I am at a loss of where to start considering I don't have that much money and will still be attending school this fall . I have been asking around and have been told to look into CD's and a Roth IRA until I have enough money to put into a house. I was wondering if anyone has any advice on next steps to get into the real estate game? Thank you for your time.
