Motivated Seller - Tenant Occupied Triplex
I am new to the Wholesaling world and want to be sure to structure my listing for potential investors in a way to catch their attention. What details should I include (income on each unit, time remaining on leases, length of tenant history, utilities...) Does the fact that tenants are still living on the property have any impact on the deal? The property is not yet under contract, we are still in the negotiating stage. Thanks!
