New Broker, how do I sign up for MLS?

I am a brand new broker with no experience. I live in West Virginia and have my law degree so I was able to sit for the brokers exam without much work. I have my brokers license now and am looking for some guidance on how to sign up for the MLS. Is there one site I sign up on? Does each state/area have its own MLS? Any guidance would be helpful
