LTV when it comes to finding Wholesaling Leads
What does LTV mean in terms of finding wholesaling leads. I've heard that in general you should go for 40% or less when searching for owners on ListSource, but why do we even need to know this information? How accurate are these numbers? What is the general rule of thumb when using this criteria? Thank you for your response!
