Tax structure for an LLC that is starting wholesaling.
I have started and LLC in NY, for my real estate business. I will be wholesaling primarily and then buy and hold as the opportunity arises. I have a new business tax firm that I'm working with yet I would like to receive some input from those of you with experience.
