Using equity on my house to buy the first rental property
Can you pull equity out on your house to pay for like 20% of a rental property? Which would be the quickest way to get a rental property with no money up front? Is that a good idea? And whats your thoughts on getting the up front money to buy a rental property? Would i be better off saving for years? Since i have a house im paying on already
