Sbn Indiana partnership?

Hello. I'm new to the forums/ real estate investing. Been looking at properties around the Sbn Indiana area. (As I drive motorhomes out of wakarusa.) Does anyone do any investing in this area? I've been reading about fha loans, and house hacking. Open to teaming up with local investors as well. I have about $10,000 and a 770 credit score.
