How much startup cash should is needed to start?
I am a new investor in Chicago. I currently co-own a duplex. I have saved up $20k so far and am eager to dive in. However, what I am starting to realize is that $20k in the Chicago market won't get me to far. How much startup cash is typically needed to get started in Chicago? My goal is to purchase a 2-3 unit building .
