Experienced Investment Real Estate Realtor Needed

I am new to the Houston metro area. One of my plans was to get into real estate investing, from multifamily properties to flipping. Given that this are strange times for investment realtors with Covid, looking for an experienced realtor to determine the best way to get into investing in real estate and learn the ropes.
