Midwest duplex and quadplex numbers

HELLO BP. Im a new investor and I live in Cincinnati Ohio and as I’m looking at properties and attempting to run numbers, I’m curious what other BP members in the Midwest region set in their budget as far as capital expenses snow removal water insurance and things like that. From purchase price to lawn care, water, insurance, and capital expenses. Please share with me your knowledge thoughts and experiences!

Do you normally use the same numbers for all expenses as a guide? Such as the same property insurance might only be a few dollars off in a different neighborhood? A flat roof on a four-plex can only be rebuilt so many ways so the cost should be about the same across the board right?

Thanks to all for your answer in advance, please note if it would be ok if I could send you a private message to maybe ask a few more in depth questions thanks again to all and have a great day!
