Is now a good time to start a real estate career?

Hello all, first time reaching out. I'm curious to see what everybody's thoughts were about getting into real estate now, during the Covid 19 situation. I've been furloughed from my job since March and thought "well now would be the best time to make a move and get a license". I've been interested in real estate for a long time now, just never had the chance to get my feet wet because I was so busy with my last job. I've looked into wholesaling in San Antonio, where I currently live, but I'm also interested in getting a license. Do you think now is a bad time with everything that is going on at the moment?
