How much time should I expect to devote to a SFH rental?

We just moved from our first home and decided to hold and rent it out. The drive is a little under an hour from our new home. I’m curious, from your experience...how often should I expect to be available in person for the tenants? Provided you have responsible renters, how frequently do you (or your property manager) have to go out for maintenance and repairs? Just a ballpark idea so I can be prepared. Thanks!
