Investing with little money and not so great credit!

I am very interested in flipping houses I see a few that I can purchase with the cash I have on hand but that wouldn’t be enough to get inside and get things done. I don’t know where to start my credit isn’t the best due to medical bills and my student loan but I am paying on them each pay period. I just don’t know which direction to head in but I have a strong urge to get started or at least learn the ropes. I have been passionate about property management since I was in high school and have been very successful in my role. Any suggestions on where to start?
