Help! Renting my first house - Questions
My initial plan to get started in real estate investing was to rent out my current house once my wife and I find our next home to move in to. That very well may happen as we believe to have found the home we would love to live in.
My current home is financed with a VA loan. Where can I start to find how much I should charge for rent? How can I go about finding tenants? Should I think about getting a property management partner? So many questions!

Good for you- that's a great way to get started!
I would start with local PMs that are NARPM affiliates. There is a standard and ethical code that NARPM affiliates operate under and they are typically pretty solid PMs. They will be able to provide you with reports that document local average rents and vacancy rates for like-rental properties.
Best of luck!
