Newbie Agent Here! What are good questions to ask a realtor?

I am in the process of getting my realtor's license right now. Hoping to become an agent, learn the market, grow my network, learn what good deals are, and eventually start investing. Tomorrow I am talking to my friend's brother who is a relatively new agent in the area where I will eventually be starting my own business. He has limited time to talk, so what would you consider the most important things to ask him? I want to be sure I get the most out of my time with him.
