Looking for Fix & Flip Financing - Jacksonville, FL

Hi Bigger Pockets friends! I'm a newly licensed Realtor in Jacksonville, FL. The main reason I got my real estate license was to learn about the local market and to use my license to flip properties with my husband. We've done our research and have been actively analyzing properties in our market. We have a family friend who is willing to partner with us and invest $25-$50K towards the flip. Now, we are trying to find a way to finance the rest of the flip. Looking for recommendations for reputable hard money lenders or other creative ways to finance the project. A little background about us: My husband is active duty Navy and I'm a Realtor, both have excellent credit, I spent 6 years in the Army National Guard as a carpenter and have flipped 1 house. We have a little bit of experience but not a lot of our own capital to put towards flipping houses. Any advice or suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!!
