What Are The Best Books For Buy And Hold SFR Investors?

Pardon me, but I thought this discussion had posted earlier and I cannot seem to locate it!

What are the best books for a new investor with buy and hold strategies? I just purchased "Building Wealth One House At A Time" by Schaub and also purchased "Hold: How To Find, Buy, And Rent Houses For Wealth" by Chader, Doty, and McKissack.

I am almost finished with the book by Schaub and find it has a lot of good tips, particularly on negotiating. FYI...the funniest line in the books so far is a line by a fellow investor Jack Miller who stated "don't steal in slow motion". That line cracked me up! I had purchased a house last year and afterwards, questioned why I didn't try to talk them down any! Reading that line, and realizing I got a pretty good deal made me realize that sometimes you should not ask for anythinig more than the sellers signature.

Anyways, if anyone can share some really good books for a new investor to read that would be appreciated.

Thanks!
