What should I do this summer as a teacher?

Hi,

I am new to investing and I am saving for a downpayment on my first deal. As a teacher, I have summers free. My question is should I get another job( which is hard right now because of the lockdown), offer my time to someone in the business, and try to learn as much as possible? Open to any other ideas! I am hoping to make my first purchase as soon as I can get a down payment.
