Real Estate Investing in College

Hello everyone, I am currently an undergrad who is interested in getting into real estate investing. Is there any advice you would give to a newbie real estate investor who is also a full time student? 

Such as:

• -Ways to meet new connections
• -What types of potential properties to look at
• -How much money to save before starting
• -If a partner is a good idea when starting out
