First time investor, Looking for realtor for Jacksonville FL

Hi,

My name is Patesia or just Pat for short. I'm new to investing and have done some research and listened to podcast and I believe I'm ready to take on the challenge.  I'm current active duty military, living in St.. Mary's, GA but I want to invest in Jacksonville fl, which is not too far from where I am.  If anyone has a reference or has any advice that would help that would be great.  I plan to use my Va loan.
