Mountain View (Sunnyvale) California Rental investing

Hello Friends,

I'm new to the real estate investing and planning to buy my first rental property by the end of 2020. I've been researching a lot recently and found this deal today. I did calculation and numbers, location look great but I'm not really familiar with California market since I live in Chicago. I would really appreciate if you share your thoughts on this listing. Maybe I missing something.
