Starting Out With RE Investing

Hello!

New, aspiring investor here! Looking to get some valuable advice on how/where to start with RE investing? I do know wholesaling and flipping basics. I’ve also worked as a RE agent for a couple on months.

A little bit more about me: I have little money to start with it, but I’ve been interested in RE for years and I’m eager to put in some work! Unfortunately, I don’t have family/friends that are familiar with the field to reach out to for advice. If there’s someone in the Texas area who needs someone to do the dirty work, I’d love to connect!

Thanks in advance 👍🏼

@Ellie Gomez what part of Texas do you operate in?  If I were in your position I'd probably start with rentals and learn that way, depending on your city there are also a lot of out of state investors willing to pay people to manage their rehabs, even better if you can find the deal, make the sales commission and make a little extra managing a rehab and learning along the way.
