Credit score worth to keep building past 780

Just some back round info I make about 150k a year and I have a 780 score one rental property. Do you guys think it’s worth looking up every way of raising credit score and doing it ?

for example I know multiple cards can increase the score should I get more cards just for this ?lastly what’s the best resource for raising credit score if it is worth it

If you are at 780, trying to make it higher may result in making it lower. Just do what you are doing. At 780, you are fine, but the other things will matter just as much. Cash in the bank, DTI, income, etc.
