Hello everyone!
I'm new to Real Estate and finishing up school. I can not wait to enter the real estate world primarily focusing on investing and flipping. For the past 4 years, since i was 16, I've been helping my father with work around his properties. I love it.

If anyone has any advice to share on getting started i'm all ears. I will take any advice that people have learned over the years or what they wish they have done differently from an early age.

Thank you for your time,

Ryan
