start investing multifamily rental or fix and sell in Oahu Hawai
My only problem is I don't have the money to start and my credit was bad at this time. Is there possibility?
I knew Hawaii property was way too expensive compared to where I lived right now. But, the reason why I wanted to start there is because that's where my relatives and family members lived whome I can depend on. Also, 3 of my brothers are in the construction. They have the knowledge to fix the properties problem later on if in case. They knew a lot of people looking to a place to rent.
I think it's too risky. Any advice or suggestions.
Thank you
