Ok guys, I just applied for FHA loan 4 different lenders. I'm looking to buy my first single family home.I just want your advice/opinions what comes after? What should I be looking for next? I'm still browsing around the areas but I found one home that I'm really interested in. It was just posted on Zillow couple days ago.
