Hello BiggerPockets members! I'm a newbie investor looking to get into fix and flips in the near future. I'm currently in the process of choosing a farm area to invest in and I would greatly value a local agent's input on the market here in Houston. Any tips on finding an agent willing to answer some questions and provide me with sales data? Thanks in advance for any advice & happy Earth Day!
