Good Books for Beginner

Hey everyone,

I am new to real estate investing and to Bigger Pockets. I am currently reading The Book on Rental Property Investing and was hoping to read another good book to learn more. A couple things that I have found interesting are rental properties, BRRRR strategy and House Hacks. I am also wondering how good deals for these strategies are found.

Any recommendations or tips are greatly appreciated!
